To install: click on the required install program below and click on 'Run' when asked. Note that if WinChart® (version 4) is not already installed then it must be installed first. See below for System Requirements.

System Requirements

WinChart® (Professional and Discovery editions)

Operating System:

Windows 2000, XP, 7.
The software can also operate within a Citrix or Microsoft Terminal Services environment, and on Windows Server.
(For Windows 98 or NT 4 (SP3 or later) please contact us first.)
Memory: 64Mb RAM minimum, 128Mb RAM or more recommended
Disk Space: 13Mb to 16Mb, depending on optional add-ons
Display Resolution:

 Minimum 800 x 600 screen resolution
1024 x 768 or higher recommended
Additional Software:




 Microsoft Excel 97 or later needed for reading from Excel files.
The 'Help-Presentations' will need Microsoft PowerPoint 2000 or later (we have not checked if these will open in PowerPoint 97), however OpenOffice can read these files if required.
The 'Help-Documents' will need Adobe Reader.

The Performance Dashboard®

Operating System: as for WinChart®
Memory: as for WinChart®
Disk Space: 5Mb
Display Resolution:

 1024 x 768 or higher recommended
(800 x 600 is also supported but is not recommended)
Additional Software:

 WinChart® Professional 4 is necessary to use The Performance Dashboard.
For the 'Export to Word' functionality, Microsoft Word 97 or later is required.
