Richard joined PRISM Europe after finishing his
doctorate. He had been instrumental in developing a commercial Statistical Process Control
software package which then evolved into the popular WinChart® software
and later the Performance Dashboard® software.
He has been involved in presenting seminars on Statistical Process Control and interpreting data since joining PRISM Europe, both in the United Kingdom and abroad.
Richard has been successful at applying the Performance Dashboard® and WinChart® to improvements in various Hospital Trusts.
